Expert Low Back Pain Physical Therapy in Lower Gwynedd, PA

Root. Rebalance. Restore. At Restore Physical Therapy and Pelvic Health, you get a full hour with a Doctor of Physical Therapy — every single visit, no aides, no rushing. We treat the root cause of your low back pain, sciatica, and pelvic health concerns so you can get back to the life you love. Serving Spring House, Lower Gwynedd Township, and the greater Philadelphia suburbs.

Still Dealing with Back Pain That Won't Quit?

You've tried rest, maybe even a round of rushed insurance-driven PT — and yet the pain keeps coming back. You deserve better than a 15-minute appointment and a generic exercise sheet.

Treated the Symptom, Not the Source

Rushed Appointments, Little Progress

Life Is On Hold While You Wait to Feel Better

Most traditional PT addresses the spot that hurts — not why it hurts. Low back pain often stems from compensation patterns, pelvic floor dysfunction, or mobility restrictions elsewhere in the chain. Without a root-cause evaluation, the pain keeps returning.

Insurance-driven clinics routinely double-book appointments and hand you off to aides. If you've left sessions feeling unheard or uncertain about your progress, it's not your fault — it's a broken system.

Whether you're a postpartum mom, an active runner, or simply trying to get through the workday without pain, low back pain and sciatica don't just hurt — they steal your confidence and keep you from showing up fully.

Why Lower Gwynedd Chooses Restore PT for Back Pain

We built Restore Physical Therapy and Pelvic Health around a simple belief: you deserve one-on-one, root-cause care from a Doctor of Physical Therapy — every time. No aides, no shared appointments, no insurance company dictating your plan. Just expert, hands-on PT designed around you.

  • 100% one-on-one care — a full 60-minute session with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, every visit, no exceptions

  • Cash-based, out-of-network model with transparent pricing, Good Faith Estimates, and superbills for potential insurance reimbursement

  • Baby-friendly sessions available — bring your newborn, no childcare needed

"Having Annie's help really made a world of difference and I am feeling so much stronger and am in much less pain! I was so appreciative that I was able to bring my little one with me for my sessions — I don't think I would have been able to use their services otherwise."

— Kristina F., Spring House

Your Path to Low Back Pain Relief Starts Here

Step 1: Root — Uncover the Real Cause

Step 2: Rebalance — Hands-On, Targeted Treatment

Step 3: Restore — Return to the Life You Love

Your first session is a comprehensive, one-on-one evaluation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We assess your movement, posture, strength, and the regions above and below your pain — because your low back rarely works in isolation. This is never rushed, never shared.

We build a personalized plan using proven techniques including manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), dry needling for the low back, hips, and lower extremities, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education — all tailored to your body and your goals.

Progress is tracked every step of the way. Whether you want to run again, lift pain-free, survive a workday at your desk, or simply pick up your baby without wincing, we map a clear return-to-activity plan and celebrate every milestone with you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before your first visit to our Lower Gwynedd PT clinic

Do you accept insurance?

We are a cash-based, out-of-network physical therapy practice. This means your Doctor of Physical Therapy — not your insurance company — directs every decision about your care. You pay transparently for your session, and we provide a detailed superbill you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Good Faith Estimates are available on request so you always know your costs upfront. Many patients find that fewer, more effective one-on-one sessions actually cost less overall than months of co-pays for rushed, shared-appointment PT.

What should I expect at my first appointment for low back pain?

Your first session is a full-hour, one-on-one evaluation with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We don't just look at your lower back — we assess your movement patterns, posture, hip mobility, pelvic floor function, and the regions above and below your pain to identify the true root cause. From there, we build a personalized treatment plan that may include manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), dry needling (for the low back, hips, and lower extremities), therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education. Internal pelvic floor assessment may be recommended if appropriate — it is never required.

Can I bring my baby or newborn to my appointment?

Absolutely — and we encourage it. Restore PT offers baby-friendly sessions, meaning you are always welcome to bring your little one with you. No childcare required. This is especially important for our postpartum patients in Lower Gwynedd, Spring House, and surrounding areas who are navigating recovery while caring for a newborn. We've designed our practice from the ground up to remove barriers to care for new moms.
