CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens! However, we need to be fair to other patients that are having difficulty scheduling the times they need and have to wait 1-2 weeks to be seen.
In the event that you need or would like to cancel an appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours prior notice to our admin staff. If you do not show up for your appointment or you fail to cancel your appointment with at least 24-hour prior notice, you will be responsible to pay for 100% of the session fee. YOU MUST CALL TO CANCEL.
If you cancel and/or reschedule three times during your physical therapy plan of care, you will be discharged from services.
