Dr. Simone Dinovitz graduated from Penn State Abington with a Bachelor’s of Science and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University.
Simone has always been local to the Philadelphia suburbs and was inspired to learn more about pelvic health when a friend was struggling postpartum. After completing a clinical rotation in pelvic health and experiencing her own pregnancy and postpartum journeys, Simone has stayed committed to treating pelvic health patients.
She is dedicated to her work with postpartum moms and understands how valuable support and guided healing can be after birth. She has supported her learning with continuing education courses through Herman & Wallace along with being a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). Simone has experience working with all pelvic health conditions including chronic pain.
In her spare time Simone loves to cook and share meals with friends. She enjoys hanging at the park or on walks with her husband and two boys. Once the little ones are asleep she loves to do barre mat workouts that typically end in playing with her cat Stash.

Monica is currently embracing her newest role as a mom! She loves being outside with her husband and baby girl, spending time down the shore, hiking, and taking walks around her neighborhood. In her free time she also enjoys swimming, cycling, running, and strength training.
MEET DR. ALEX

After having her daughter in October 2019 she became particularly interested in matrescence, or the process of becoming a mother, and loves having the opportunity to support those going through such a major life transition!
In her free time, Alex loves to hang out with her husband and daughter around Delco, explore and take dance classes in Philadelphia, and curl up with a good book. She also speaks Spanish fluently and loves connecting with other Spanish speakers! She is thrilled to be joining the talented team at Restore.
