At Restore Physical Therapy and Pelvic Health, every session is a full hour — one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, no aides, no rushed handoffs. Baby-friendly sessions available. Concierge home visits throughout Philadelphia and the suburbs.
Tired of PT That Doesn't Actually Fix the Problem?
Too many patients leave physical therapy feeling frustrated — rushed through appointments, handed off to aides, and treated for symptoms instead of causes. You deserve better than that.
Rushed, High-Volume Clinics
Symptom Chasing, Not Root-Cause Care
No Space to Ask Real Questions
You're seen for 15 minutes, shared between three patients, and handed a printout of generic exercises. Your goals — and your body — never get the attention they need.
When only the painful area gets treated, the underlying pattern goes unaddressed. The pain comes back. The cycle repeats. You start to wonder if PT even works.
Pelvic health is personal. Postpartum recovery is complex. You need a provider who listens, explains, and makes you feel safe — not one watching the clock.

Why Philadelphia Chooses Restore PT for Pelvic Health

Our Root. Rebalance. Restore. framework evaluates the regions above and below your symptoms to uncover what's actually driving your pain or dysfunction, then builds a clear, personalized plan to get you back to your family, your sport, and your life.

"I can't say enough positive things about the team at Restore the Floor. I saw Dr. Victoria during my first pregnancy (before and after) and Dr. Sam for my second (also before and after). Your body is obviously going through a ton of stuff on the pregnancy journey and to have an expert who is there with you to help you prepare for delivery and recover from it is a GIFT. 5 stars, extremely worth it, and a truly important time to care for your body!"
— Jenna M., Verified Patient
Our 3-Step Framework: Root. Rebalance. Restore.
Root — Find the True Cause
Rebalance — Hands-On Treatment That Works
Restore — Return to the Life You Love
We evaluate not just where it hurts, but why. Your first session includes a full movement and functional assessment — examining the regions above and below your symptoms to identify the real source of your pain or dysfunction.
Your DPT applies targeted manual therapy, dry needling (low back, pelvis, hips, and lower extremities), instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), breathwork, and progressive therapeutic exercise — all tailored to your body and your goals.
Whether your goal is running a 5K, lifting without leaking, recovering from a C-section, or returning to your sport, we build a clear path there — and walk it with you every step of the way.

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before your first visit to our Philadelphia pelvic floor physical therapy clinic.
Do you accept insurance?
Restore PT is a cash-based, out-of-network practice. This means your Doctor of Physical Therapy — not your insurance company — directs every aspect of your care. We provide detailed superbills so you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement; many patients receive 40–100% back. FSA and HSA funds are accepted, and Good Faith Estimates are available upon request.
What happens during a pelvic floor internal assessment — and is it required?
A pelvic floor internal assessment allows your DPT to directly evaluate muscle tone, strength, and coordination. It may be recommended based on your symptoms, but it is never required. Your comfort and consent guide every decision in your care.
Can I bring my baby to my appointment?
Absolutely. Restore PT is proud to offer baby-friendly sessions — new moms and caregivers are welcome to bring their little ones. No childcare required. We also offer concierge at-home physical therapy throughout Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs for patients who prefer to be seen at home.
