Expert Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy in Lower Gwynedd, PA
At Restore Physical Therapy and Pelvic Health, you receive a full hour of one-on-one care with a Doctor of Physical Therapy — every visit, no aides, no shortcuts. Whether you're navigating pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, or a lingering injury, we treat the root cause so you can get back to what matters most.
Still Struggling and Not Getting Real Answers?
Too many people in Lower Gwynedd and the surrounding suburbs spend months managing symptoms — not solving them. You deserve care that actually gets to the source.
Rushed, Impersonal Appointments
Insurance Dictating Your Care
Symptoms Treated, Root Cause Ignored
You're seen for 15 minutes, handed off to an aide, and given the same generic exercise sheet as everyone else. Nothing changes — because no one has the time to truly listen.
Your recovery plan is shaped by what your insurance approves, not what your body actually needs. Visits get cut short just as you start making real progress.
Pelvic pain, leakage, back pain, and postpartum weakness don't go away by treating one isolated area. If no one is looking at the whole picture, you'll keep coming back with the same problems.

"She has a keen ability to assess how your body moves, identify where support is needed, and design a plan that fits your real life. The exercises are functional, personalized, and easy to stay consistent with. Highly, highly recommend."

Our 3-Step Framework: Root. Rebalance. Restore.
Root
Rebalance
Restore
We evaluate not just where it hurts, but the regions above and below your symptoms to uncover the true root cause of your pain or dysfunction. No guesswork — just a thorough, whole-body assessment.
Using hands-on manual therapy, targeted breathwork, dry needling (low back, hips, and lower extremities), instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), and neuromuscular re-education, we restore proper function and movement patterns.
We rebuild your strength, confidence, and capacity so you can return to running, sports, lifting, parenting, or whatever drives you — and stay there. Your goals become our goals.

Your Questions, Answered
Wondering if pelvic floor PT — or any of our services — is right for you? Here's what our patients ask most.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a cash-based, out-of-network practice. This means your Doctor of Physical Therapy — not your insurance company — determines your plan of care. Many patients find they reach their goals faster and with fewer total visits than in an insurance-based setting. We're happy to provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.
What is pelvic floor physical therapy, and do I need an internal exam?
Pelvic floor PT addresses the muscles, connective tissue, and nerves of the pelvic region. An internal assessment may be recommended but is never required — your comfort and consent guide every step of your care.
Can I bring my baby to my appointment?
Absolutely. Our sessions are baby-friendly by design. New moms are welcome to bring their little ones — no childcare needed.
Do you offer home visits?
Yes. Our at-home mobile concierge service brings all Restore PT care directly to you within a 30-minute radius, covering Spring House, Ambler, Blue Bell, Plymouth Meeting, Conshohocken, Ardmore, Bryn Mawr, King of Prussia, and many Philadelphia neighborhoods.
How do I get started?
Start with a free phone consultation — no commitment required. We'll learn about your goals, answer your questions, and make sure we're the right fit before your first visit.
