MEET DR. VICTORIA

Dr. Victoria Clement

Dr. Victoria Clement graduated from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She moved to Philadelphia where her career started in orthopedics/sports rehab and then she "stumbled" across pelvic floor physical therapy when seeking help for her own pelvic pain, sciatica, and incontinence.

She quickly developed an affinity for the pregnant and postpartum populations and wanted to help these individuals be pain-free while carrying, reduce labor injuries, and facilitate better postpartum recovery. In 2021, she left her corporate job and created a hybrid clinic/ mobile practice to bridge the gap of lacking obstetrics physical therapy care and to advocate for the normalization of pelvic health education in her community. In addition, she completed doula training to better understand pelvic biomechanics and what happens in the delivery room.

Dr. Victoria also has a passion for orthopedics and incorporating functional lifting into her physical therapy programs to help athletes reach peak performance. She has worked with athletes of all types including national strongman competitors, powerlifters, crossfitters, spartan racers, marathon runners, dancers, yogi’s, rock climbers, and team athletes (ultimate frisbee, rowing, soccer, football, basketball, baseball).

She is a strongwoman competitor in her free time and also enjoys hiking, baking, and flipping furniture.
