MEET DR. VICTORIA

Dr. Victoria Clement graduated from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She moved to Philadelphia where her career started in orthopedics/sports and then she "stumbled" across pelvic floor physical therapy when seeking help for her own pelvic pain, sciatica, and incontinence.
She quickly developed an affinity for the pregnant and postpartum populations and helping these individuals navigate their physical, mental, and emotional changes through this incredible time of growing and nurturing another human being. Unfortunately, moms have a lot of societal pressure and responsibility and do not have time and energy to take care their physical health and wellness. So, she decided to leave her corporate job and create a hybrid clinic/ mobile practice to bridge the gap of lacking obstetrics physical therapy care and to advocate for the normalization of pelvic health education in her community. In addition, she completed doula training to better understand what happens in the delivery room.
Dr. Victoria also has a passion for incorporating functional lifting into her physical therapy programs and optimizing core, lumbar, hip, and pelvic systems with movement. Her services also include evaluating your musculoskeletal system as a unit instead of one isolated area; you are a person not just a pelvis, foot, or shoulder!
